Coffee shaped by intention

Foundry Café opened in Winter Park with a simple belief: great coffee deserves a quiet, beautiful setting and an honest process. Our name reflects the craft behind every cup — the patience of roasting, the precision of extraction, and the warmth of hospitality.

Inspired by Scandinavian café culture, our space is designed for clarity — pale woods, soft natural light, and an unhurried pace. We work directly with importers who share our standards for traceability and fair compensation, and we bake fresh pastries each morning in our open kitchen.
